I used to only take it for sleeping and buy the night time one but I like this one for the occasional time I take it during the day.
It helps keep headaches away associated with my central auditory processing issues when I am in noisy environments. Also helps a lot when I am in a bad flare up woth my fibromyalgia. I just take a little so a bottle lasts me a very long time.
