I have bought this several times now and it has been the only oil that’s allowed me to get to sleep and and stay asleep for longer than one hour at a time. I have complex PTSD from a severe workplace attack and the nightmares/terrors, stress, and anxiety has been brutal for almost two years. I’ll never be the same but to know there’s relief to allow me to get to sleep (even if it doesn’t cure nightmares) has been life saving due to the amount of sheer terror that’s been left in my memories. We also utilize this formula to help my post stroke symptoms adled mother with autoimmune diseases to wake up rested and with less pain related to her psoriatic arthritis too. This formula has many upsides, and even I can get away with half the dose. Also, when I take with a magnesium pill at bedtime no melatonin hangover. Thank you for this product, it’s the only way I can sleep, and I thank you because I’m still here because of you.

Like all new edibles, I recommend the ‘start low, go slow’ approach to these oils. If you’re not used to taking melatonin, try these oils on your day off as they will likely leave you a bit groggy. Not in an unpleasant, drugged way, but rather the grogginess of waking up from deep sleep. If you DO take melatonin every night as I do, then I wouldn’t recommend doubling this oil and your usual melatonin. You don’t want to take a double dose of melatonin without realizing it. You’ll wake up in a different century.
