Helps me sleep. This was the first THC product I tried after years of CBD only. I have fibromyalgia and when I am in a bad flare up taking this at night helps me get to sleep and able to have a deep sleep through the pain. I wake up feeling rested. Tastes fine too and not like weed at all.
