When I use this I sleep like a baby, all night long. I buy empty capsules and fill them with the tincture because I don’t like the taste of pot.

Really great and strong!
Make sure you shake it well- I like 1/4 dropper. I get the best warm fuzzies from it within 30 minutes and yeah the melatonin really works to help you sleep. Be careful I took a whole dropper ones and let’s just say I was a little too high to fall asleep but also very lazy slothful to do anything about it from the melatonin lol!
